Weight Watchers Glow Moments New Years Day Party #WWSponsored #Glowments #glowment #BeyondTheScale #WeightWatchers

Disclosure: I received this product complimentary for testing and review purposes from Crowdtap, but all opinions are my own.

Weight Watchers® invited me to kick off my goals for 2016 with a party like I have never experienced. I was able to celebrate gearing up for the year ahead by spending a morning focusing on my health by having a ton of fun with some friends. I have to say that we were practically glowing the whole day...with a little help from some goodies including glowsticks!

I received this amazing Glow Box from Weight Watchers to help facilitate my party. We were ready just in time to get healthy and glowing for 2016! I invited a bunch of my friends and neighbors over for a party on January 2. We were able to ring in 2016 in a fun and healthy way thanks to Weight Watchers. We had such a fun time catching up and moving during our party with #glowments and I was able to share them via Instagram and Twitter too. What are your goals for 2016? Do you want to get moving more or perhaps you want to make better choices with your diet. I have always personally found that a combination of those two is what really works for me and that is part of what Weight Watchers is about.

I mentioned a funny word earlier--glowment.  What’s a #glowment? It’s a moment when you feel so proud of what you’ve achieved, you can’t help but glow. Have you ever experienced that by yourself or with a friend? Perhaps you were able to get through a new Zumba class and felt like you accomplished something terrific. Maybe you were able to try a new workout routine at home and by the end of the week felt less stiff and your abs were a bit firmer. Maybe you tried some new recipes and realized that even though they were not laden with fat that they tasted fresh and flavorful. Trying a new fruit or vegetable in a recipe--that's a glowment too. Perhaps you started a daily walk with a friend through the neighborhood to get moving. These are all #glowments and you should feel good about them.

You’ve probably spent the holidays celebrating and maybe indulged a tiny bit. Glamamama confession:  I know I did! I bet you are ready to kick off the New Year renewed and in a healthy way just like I am. That is why we decided to have a Morning Glow Party! Weight Watchers® let me kick off my goals for 2016 with a healthy kind of party. We had a fun little workout which started out with a speed walk around the neighborhood for 2 miles. We came back to my house and did some stretching and floor exercises.  We followed that up by a delicious light brunch and some dancing with glow sticks! We really did kick off the New Year glowing. The ladies and I were able to celebrate gearing up for the year ahead by spending a morning focusing on our health in a fun way so that were glowing by the time everyone was headed home. It was the perfect end to a super entertaining day.
