These cards make it simple enough for children to practice on their own or with a friend or two. The game is suitable for 2-4 players. ThinkFun YogaCards engages both the body and the mind to help children develop strength, flexibility, balance, and gain mental focus. These are definitely a great option to introduce children or young adults to yoga as an activity.

My tween has been having fun with these YogaCards this week. She has so much homework and she gets overwhelmed with work. The Yoga Cards are a good way for her to catch a break and relax her mind and body for a minute or two in between all her work. That is the nice part about the cards, you can use them any way you like. She enjoys picking one or two exercises to help her focus and then she can get back to working. She is having friends over tomorrow so I think she might introduce them to her friend Rachel and see if they can play together. She has been practicing her yoga poses so I am rooting for her. She is ready for a real yoga marathon! My daughter suggested ThinkFun should have different levels like they do with other ThinkFun games where you can get a second and third level of yoga cards that get progressively more challenging. That would be great!
