I liked both the plain and the flavored Silk® Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative. The yogurt was creamy and tasted fresh. It had a light taste that was perfect in its own or blended in my secret power smoothie recipe. I also used the Silk® Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative plain variety in my famous Banana Breakfast Protein Muffins.
